A drive stopped recording
Open Capture. If health shows Interrupted, the last confirmed reading and mileage are still there. Resume with a new deliberate capture, or add the missing distance manually, and the correction is kept with its reason.
A total looks wrong
Open the drive from Ledger and correct the purpose, class, or distance. Shift Ledger asks for a reason and keeps the original values visible. That history is the point.
I changed iPhones
On the old phone: Settings → Back up now (iCloud) or export a portable backup. On the new phone: Recover from iCloud or restore the backup file, review the snapshot summary, confirm.
My subscription ended
Your existing records, reports, exports, backups, and purchase restore all remain available. Creating new records resumes when a plan is active again.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Shift Ledger. Refund requests also go through Apple.
